Most coupon pages fail readers in the same way: a long list of codes, no dates, no explanation, and nine out of ten of them dead. This page describes the process we follow instead, so you can judge the list for yourself.
1. Where codes come from
Retailer newsletters and in-app promotions, official affiliate feeds, public campaign pages, and codes readers send in. Anything with no traceable source is treated as unverified until it proves itself at checkout.
2. What we test
A code is added to a live cart to see whether it applies, what it applies to, and what it excludes. We note the reward, the minimum spend if there is one, whether the offer targets new or returning accounts, and any regional limits we can identify.
3. How we describe an offer
The headline value is written as the retailer states it, and the limits are written next to it rather than buried. If a percentage is capped, the cap belongs on the card. If a code only helps a first order, we say so instead of implying it works for everyone.
4. Re-checking and removal
Live codes are re-checked regularly and the date on each card reflects the last review. A code that fails is removed. We would rather show three codes that work than thirty that pad the page.
5. Corrections
